Deep Tranquility Travel, LLC provides several packages to assist our clients on their special day. We offer the following services in selected packages

- Free initial consultation with bride and groom about wedding ideas
- Research and present a proposal for review and approval
- Secure rooms for you and your guest
- Work with you and the on-site coordinator that works for the property of your choice
- Answer any questions by preferred method of communication with bride and groom and guest
- Create a website for bride and groom for collecting payments
- On-site wedding coordinator appointed by our company
- Conduct the necessary research to offer you a range of options in terms of destinations, resorts/ships, and wedding package services/inclusions
- Investigate and confirm wedding dates and ceremony/reception locations with your chosen suppliers
- Obtain on your behalf price quotes from travel suppliers
- Research and discuss with you any legal marriage requirements if applicable (though you will be ultimately responsible for completing any required steps or paperwork such as document shipping fees, translations, and notarizations)
- Initiate contact for you with any on-site wedding coordinators and serve as a liaison between you through the wedding date
- Communicate promptly with you via telephone, email, or other means to answer questions and handle issues that arise
- Discuss the destinations, times of year, themes, ceremony styles and colors, and activities you envision
- Coordinate special events for the wedding party and wedding guests as needed (e.g., spa appointments, excursion bookings, receptions)
- Share travel details with guests through website portal
- Collect and make payments for the group, bride, and groom
- Create a website for bride and groom for payments
- Collect and submit all documents to selected transportation service, wedding coordinator, and selected vendors
- Answer guest questions that email, and text messages
- Arrange All travel plans for destination wedding couples & guest attending the wedding including resort accommodations, airport transportation, travel insurance, and preplanned tours
- Coordinate and book the honeymoon, if applicable
- Bride and groom will ensure that all guest does their booking through the agency. If a guest insists on booking outside the booking group, the agency will not be responsible for giving ANY information to anyone outside the booking group which includes rooms, itinerary, excursions, flights, etc
