Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. - Price and all funds are non-refundable and nontransferable
- Unfortunately, roommate matching is not available. If you already have a roommate, please add their name to the "add traveler" tab. Payments towards your room must be received withing 24 hours of your roommate's, to avoid forfeiture. This only applies if your roommate is paying separately. It will be your responsibility to ensure that your roommate is paying in a timely manner upon there agreed payment arrangements. Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has his/her reservation and is making timely payments as required.
- Ticket information will be available in November. You will be responsible for half of the deposit and the other half will be needed in 30 days
- Line up for Essence will be available in 2023
- An itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier
- All rooms are based on single, double, triple, or quad occupancy rate only.
