- Unfortunately, roommate matching is not available. If you already have a roommate, please add their name to the "add traveler" tab. Payments towards your room must be received withing 24 hours of your roommate's, to avoid forfeiture. This only applies if your roommate is paying separately. It will be your responsibility to ensure that your roommate is paying in a timely manner upon there agreed payment arrangements. Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has his/her reservation and is making timely payments as required.
- Traveling abroad requires a passport book valid for six months beyond travel dates.
- A visa will be required for this trip. More information will be sent by email.
- A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, at check-in, a credit card will be required to cover incidental/anticipated room charges.
Disclaimer: Please be aware that this trip does requires movement and flexibility. You will have to be able to get in and out of a jeep and there will be some bumpy roads on the safari excursions. Also note that there is a lot of dust so please plan accordingly.
